Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
However, we are happy to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
